what’s strange about littering is that there are some things that are so commonplace, that you almost expect to find them on the ground: cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.
and then there’s the things that make you go, “huh?”

My guess? Homeless dude was standing there doing his thing, and people gave him almonds and a muffin in lieu of cash/cigarettes/booze.
